Inspired by the many kid's cooking segments done over the years with its big brother (The Rock & Roll Kitchen®), RRK Jr. focuses on teaching quality cooking techniques and nutrition to kids (of all ages). The addition of live music performed by top-notch musicians also encourages lively dance segments for a little physical activity, too.

Wrapping things up at show's end: Kids & parents sample the finished dishes they've just prepared, and dance to some great music, which may include friends of the Chef, such as Professor John.
