HE'S DONE NATIONAL TV AND RADIO spots for Kraft Foods with "Celebrate Cookin' With Kraft Cheese"; he has appeared on the nationally syndicated Crook & Chase Show; Superstation WGN-TV and The Bozo Show showcased him demonstrating professional pumpkin carving techniques on their programs. He also created the "Halloween Carving Kit" for X-Acto. His Totally Chipotle Bloody Mary Mix was voted #1 by the Chicago Tribune, beating several national brands. Combined with thousands of people enjoying live performances of the Chef and his classic rock party band, things are literally "on a roll." ORIGINALLY

on a talent-packed pilot episode shot in Los Angeles (featuring The
Beach Boy's Brian Wilson, The Tower Of Power Horns,

Rock & Roll Kitchen" is also used as name for the Chef's cookin’ band.

Michele
Mineur-Brieske has been a Recreation and Leisure professional for
over 25 years. Born and raised in Chicago, Michele chose the field of recreation
to work with children and families, and loved the fact that kids could come
to the park and “learn through play.” Michele has spent her
entire career with the Chicago Park District, doing everything from teaching
to supervising, to directing and developing programs city-wide. She was
responsible for revolutionizing the district's summer youth programs, recognizing
that summer programs needed to be more responsive to Chicago’s diverse
neighborhoods. The after-school programs also flourished under her leadership.
Michele
received her undergraduate degree in Education and Recreation
from Southern Illinois University. She has served on various committees
and councils in her field, and collaborated with many city and state agencies.
In 2001, Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley presented Michele with the prestigious
"Outstanding Professional Employee” award. |
